“I want to live like a river flows, carried by the surprise of its own unfolding”
- John O’Donohue

Welcome!
I am a Self-Cultivation Guide. Gene Keys Astrologer. Parts Work Facilitator. Systems Designer. Improv Artist. Mother. ++ I've been supporting people to grow through life's cycles + cultivate their potential for 15 years.
My life path has been devoted to excavating the aliveness, essence, and truth of our beings from inside our patterns + programming. There is nothing more enlivening to me than witnessing a person's ✦ exquisite beauty + power ✦ unfold more fully into their life.
Through my work, I support individuals to create from a new level in their being, + allow their instrument to be played to the fullest.
Because so much more is possible...

TENDING THE GARDEN OF THE PSYCHE
Come into real-time relationship with your inner evolution

Through session work, I help clients ⟢ attune to the current phase of their inner evolution ⟣ using symbolic systems (astrology, Gene Keys, etc) as mirrors for integration, meaning-making, and orientation. I support them in locating where they are in their process—what patterns are currently shaping them, and how to relate to those patterns in more conscious, resourced, and self-validating ways.

Self-Cultivation Tracking Tools

The process of personal evolution is, in large part, driven by key INQUIRIES + INSIGHTS that lead us into new orders of wholeness and expanded potential. But how often do we drop the thread or lose track of last month's insights while life goes on providing opportunities for us to deepen?
I've been developing a journalling system that can support individuals to more effectively steward their growth over time.
These self-tracking tools will support you to:

Increase Self-Awareness

Integrate Insights

Structure Self-Inquiry
